Manager Rubber Chemistry
|
Provides testing and processing evaluations of experimental resins to proved direction for new product development
Trains new sales and technical personnel in specific resin areas and applications
Represents the company at industry trade shows
Regularly gives papers, presentations, and seminars to company and industry groups
Develops and trains technicians to attain high standards of technical competence and creditability, and further their professional development
Requirements:
BS in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
Min. of 5 years experience in the tire and rubber industry.
Must have knowledge of rubber compounding, curing, mixing, extrusion, and the molding operations associated with tire manufacturing. In addition, ideal candidate will have experience in dipping systems for tire cord and industrial fabrics.
Experience in Research and Development associated with the design and development of resin applications.
