We have immediate openings for regional sales representatives focused on selling our successful pulse oximetry devices directly to medical researchers, principal investigators, lab managers and lab technicians in universities, pharmaceuitcal companies and research facilities and laboratories within an assigned geographical territory.
Following a disciplined selling approach, your challenge will be to accelerate our already rapid growth by identifying our most promising revenue opportunities and to convert them to profitable relationships. You will conduct the vast majority of the sales work by telephone and the internet, with occasional travel to customers sites and trade shows. Because the roles will focus on sales to the west coast, ther work hours will be approximately 11:00AM - 8:00PM EST
Requirements:
The requirements of the sales representative position include: - B.S. Degree required, preferrably in a scientific discipline such as Biology - Knowledge of the puliminary and cardiovascular functions and processes of the body desired - 2 or more years as sales representative with sales targets in a business-to-business selling environment - Demonstrated knowledge and ability of sales fundamentals - Demonstrated ability to execute winning sales strategies, identify and close the correct sales arrangements. - Demonstrated ability to identify and locate the need for the companys pulse oximetry products - telemarketing and website sales experience and skills preferred - web literacy and ability to generate sales leads from NIH data base - Experience with Customer Relationship Management data base is desired - Proficiency in Microsoft Ooutook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer required
