Capital Retirement Plan Services, Inc., a growing third party administrator of defined contribution plans with over 300 accounts is seeking a 401(k) plan administrator to join its organization. Located in the convenient and contemporary Southpoint business complex, the position would be responsible for providing full service plan administration of 401(k) plans to assigned accounts.
Requirements:
The key qualifications, attributes and capabilities include: - B.S. Deegree in Accounting preferred - 1-4 years of 401(k) and other defined contribution record keeping experience preferred - Understanding of defined contribution plan documents and government reporting requirements for defined contribution plans preferred - Strong attention to details and high level of care and precision in ones work - Initiative, self starter and willingness to learn and develop - Inquisitiveness and curiosity - Enjoy working in a smaller organization environment with substantial colleague and client interactions - Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, detail and deadline oriented environment - Strong research and information retrieval skills - If less experienced, able to quickly learn and master defined contribution plan fundamentals
