People within Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software

Job Description:
The Application Maintenance Lead role provides support and expertise to the delivery organization. The Application Maintenance Lead provides the day-to-day support for one or more products or applications that are deployed to the SDO Production environment. The primary responsibility of the Application Maintenance Lead is to ensure the availability of an application or product for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Track development and support progress in a detailed work plan.
Identify and resolve issues and risks, escalating to managers as necessary.
Coordinate the demand management associated with both incident/problem resolutions along with maintenance release activities.
Track and monitor team performance against Service Level Agreements.
Coordinate maintenance activities with client team members based on demand and supply.
Monitor compliance with applicable Corporate Policies and ISG Procedures and Standards
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 years hands on experience with C/C++, Java, or Visual Basic
5+ years Java development experience utilizing web-based applications such as J2EE, JDK, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and HTML
3+ years experience with direct Client Interface
Bachelor Degree - Computer Science or Related Degree
Professional Skill Requirements
Strong Object Oriented background
Team Leadership experience
Developer should have been through PRPC Fast Track and Bootcamp training
Hands on development experience in PRPC 5.x
CSA Certification preferred
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to complete task on set budgetary parameters and targets
Additional Requirements:
Some travel to Harrisburg, PA
