Responsibilities:
Responsible for company assets, including cost controls and net profit. Works with the corporate purchasing department to ensure appropriate and efficient stock replenishment. Manages the Inside sales, warehouse, counter, office Incorporates Lean initiatives by implementing improvements in warehouse practices to promote safety, efficiency, faster service and lower costs. Forecast and schedule team according to the greatest level of efficiencies Coordinates and reconciles credits for returned, warranty, and scrapped material. Participates directly in the conduct of associate relations, performance reviews, development programs, and recruiting staff. Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent project coordination and time management skills Proven leadership and ability to direct others Outstanding customer service skills
