Amcor Rigid Plastics is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Mechanic for their Allentown, PA facility.
This individual will troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric circuits and perform preventative maintenance on Air Compressors reciprocating and centrifugal, Refrigeration – Chillers, tank and tankless distribution systems, air conditioning, Electrical Maintenance – troubleshooting vfd’s, capacitors, and electrical distribution systems, Programmable Controller Logic and Electronics – SCADA, data collection and monitoring.

Requirements:
Requires thorough familiarity with hand tools and maintenance practices with experience in the functioning of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. Candidate must own general mechanics tools. Minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing environment desired. Hours of work: 7am – 3pm. Must be willing to work any shift.
