The finance compensation team reports into the Central management Accounting team in Pittsburgh. Key responsibilities for the team are providing consistent compensation reporting and analysis on incentive programmes across BNY Mellon Finance Compensation Reporting Manager is responsible for all the reporting,financial aspects of incentive compensation for BNYM businesses and support centers and ongoing analysis for any plan design and modifications. This includes incentive compensation budgeting/forecasting which includes the reporting of trend and variance analysis to the relevant business line management teams and pensation reporting to Senior Management and Compensation Oversight Committee (COC) .Support for Executive Scorecard Reporting to the Human Resources Compensation Committee (HRCC) of the ual scenario analysis for plans defined as High Risk .Primary liaison between corporate compensation and ancial modeling and financial consulting in regards to new incentive plan age relationship between line of business and finance in regards to interpretation of incentive ition requires working knowledge of all businesses which make up BNYM. Incumbant will need to keep abreast of regulatory changes in regards to compensation practices and surmise the financial impactst that these changes will have on the different businesses that comprise BNYM. In addition the incumbant should keep abreast of key financial drivers to the core businesses and be able to assess the financial risks/benefits associated with these drivers on the compensation of the underlying ition will require complex financial analysis in regards to the establishment of compensation plans for the various lines of business within BNYM. Position will be part of a team comprised by HR and Compensation to work through innovative compensation plans which will meet the increased regulatory and financial concerns facing the organization while maintaining a competitive compensation pensation can have a direct impact on employees which can influence productiviey, morale etc. While this position does not make decisitons in regards to compensation matters it will be a key part of the team assembled to derive resolutions regarding compensation concerns within the position requires reporting of compensation data to the Compensation Oversight Committee of BNYM which is compirised of the CEO, President, CFO, Chief Risk Officer and Head of HR. The incumbant will be required to assess the needs of this group and develop and maintain reporting modules to meet their needs. The position will be required to prepare reports for the HR Committee of the BNYM board of directors. Incumant will need to have the seniority and professionalism required to engage with these illustrious groups. Bachelor's. Masters preferred. 10 years experience. 15 years preferred.
