Requirements
Requirements for Success in the position: * Bachelor's degree and one to three years of human resources experience in a professional services firm. * A record of progressively increasing responsibility and independence in performing day to day duties. * Generalist background with demonstrated hands on experience in employee relations and performance management. * Familiarity with employment law. * Ability to logically assess and resolve problems independently as well as have effective conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Confidence to effectively interact with all levels of Firm management and staff, clients and other external business contacts. Flexibility, optimism, open-mindedness and a sense of humor are essential to success in this position. Flexible work arrangement possible ( working hours of 20 to 35 hours a week). In addition, qualified candidates must have advanced computer skills and a valid driver’s license. Working Expectations & Conditions Occasional out-of-town travel that may require overnight stay.
