Job Summary
:
The In-Store Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution and communication of all in-store marketing campaigns and strategic testing for US, Franchise, Canada, Rite Aid and International.
Working with cross-functional teams, this position ensures that all in-store marketing projects support the overall campaign strategy/objectives and all aspects of the projects are rolled out efficiently, accurately and on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
Assist the Sr. Manager, Campaign & Ad Planning in the creation of campaign plans.
Project manage all in-store marketing campaigns and strategic testing within specified budgets.
Owns all in-store marketing/visual communication for US, Canada, Franchise, Rite Aid and International businesses to ensure proper store implementation of promotional campaigns.
Works with cross functional teams throughout the strategic and physical processes required to complete in-store marketing projects, elevating issues and responsibilties to project team members.
Utilize key analysis and provide insight to guide the seasonal direction of marketing projects - identifying issues and quantitative results.
Manage cross-functional teams throughout in-store marketing promotional and communication process to ensure effective and efficient seasonal objectives are met through in-store implementation materials.
Partner with the Sr. Manager to develop a process that supports campaigns and delivers the required results.
Work closely with all departments to align on and meet overall company objectives.
Partner with Operations Team to maintain accurate process, deliverables and timelines.
Job Specifications:
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in the field of retail marketing and/ or visual merchandising.
