Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, reliable individual who brings a positive attitude to the work place. This enthusiastic and skilled team player must be able to be self-sufficient in prospecting to acquire new channel partners (VARS/Agents) for Zenith’s Cloud Computing, Business Continuity, and Telepresence solutions. We’re looking for solid performers who can get up to speed quickly. This person will cold call (50-60%) and respond to inbound requests from potential clients following a clear cut process that the company has put in place. Additionally, this position will be responsible for database entry. Additional tasks may be added at any time.

Responsibilities:
* Work independently to sign Technology Companies to evaluations for our product line.
* Build a pipeline of 300-400 companies by making 75-100 cold calls per day to leads that may be provided by Zenith along with self-generated leads.
* 80% outbound lead generation vs. 20% inbound requests.
* Be able to qualify, using a process the company has provided, as whether an inquiry is a potential client or an end user.
* Respond in a timely manner to any and all requests for information.
* Answer incoming phone requests and, once qualified, be prepared explain to potential clients, in detail, the Zenith partner programs.
* Be prepared to provide information via email to potential clients.
* Be prepared to provide contracts and sign potential clients to Zenith reseller agreement.
* Make sure all information related to the potential client is captured in Salesforce, the company’s CRM application.
* Work with the Technical Sales Manager to make sure the evaluation goes well.
* Submit daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on time and as specified by the company.
* Work independently to perform other duties as assigned by management.
* Be a Team player.
* May be required to work flexible hours to cover Pacific Time Zone accounts.
Requirements


Qualifications:
* REQUIRED: A good phone presence with a minimum 1 year cold-calling (phone) experience
* PREFERRED: Minimum 1 year business-to-businessIT salesexperience
* Prior experience of working with will be an added advantage
* MUST be a quick learner and be able to get off the ground running very quickly
* MUST be able to deal with a fast pace and a great deal of change
* MUST have excellent telephone and conversational skills
* MUST be a very experienced user of Microsoft Outlook
* Strong computer skills a MUST
* Strong customer service skills a MUST
* Ability to present via online webinar a MUST
* Good working knowledge of Excel a PLUS
* IT product knowledge a PLUS
* Must be results oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Must have own transportation and be at the office daily
