A nationwide leader in flooring solutions, based in Maryland, is looking for a part time area quality control manager to oversee custodial crews working in a retail environment, located in the northwest region of Pennsylvania. This position could become full time in six months.
Responsiblities include: Budget Control, Customer Satisfaction, and managing multiple sites within the region. Will have mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:
Specific knowledge, skills and abilities include: floor care or janitorial management experience, floor/carpet care knowledge as well as the cleaning equipment used on each type. Must have proven problem solving skills and able to multi-task. Ability to follow terms of a contract as related to proper floor maintenance. Excellent communication and customer service skills, abilty to train others. Professional. Bi-lingual, a plus. Travel necessary, must have own vehicle.
