Our client, located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, is looking for a payroll associate to join their team! The payroll associate will be responsible for:
*processing payroll, including collection, input and review of all payroll data for multiple companies. *performing other payroll related tasks, such as 401K prcoessing and payroll related audits *year end W2 review *reviewing and initiating or releasing wire transfers *other accounting and finance duties as needed
This is a temp to hire position.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have:
*a degree in finance, accounting, or business *experience with ADP payroll software preferred *strong oral and written communication skills *an appreciation for confidentiality *a proven ability to take initiative *strong Excel, PC and internet skills *superior attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
