Title: Receiving/Pricing Control Analyst Location: PA-Pittsburgh
The Analyst is responsible for the collection of Sector and non-Sector receivables, favorably impacting the bottom line, along with ensuring accurate billing and pricing of Sector cash management products and services. Analyst must understand key risk indicators and/or audit issues relative to his/her position, and must take a proactive role in acting upon and communicating concerns to Management. Analyst will be responsible for an assigned group of Relationship Officers (RO). Analyst may also monitor Corporate Card past due receivables, along with working with Corporate Card Product Managers and Corporate Card Operations to identify client issues that may delay collection of said receivables. The Analyst will have extensive daily contact with all levels of both internal and external customers, and internal Product, Client Support and Relationship Officers inside and outside of lyst will require a very strong understanding of all functional groups that provide Sector-related cash management services, such as Product, Operations, and Client Support. Analyst must be able to perform responsibilities under pressure while adhering to strict and constantly-changing deadlines to ensure minimal risk exposure to lyst must develop/build/maintain strong working relationships inside and outside of Sector. Analyst must have ability to ask the right questions enabling Analyst to quickly resolve customer-related disputes. Analyst will have strong business knowledge and the ability to continually build and draw on this knowledge as lyst must consider, in advance, the impact of his/her communication style on others and accordingly plan effective responses. Analyst must maintain a highly professional image and must be motivated to deliver a professional approach at all times. Analyst will be expected to deal with and resolve sensitive customer lyst must ensure resolution of conflicts in a timely manner, while maintaining a professional image. High School or Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience. Undergraduate Degree with minimum of three years of work experience, preferable in the banking industry is preferred. Good communication, mathematical and decision-making skills. Proven problem solving, decision-making, organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills; strong quality of work. Knowledge of BNYM systems such as QTrack, Reach, and Mainframe Inquiry screens is preferred.
