Duties and responsibilities:
Management of salary supervisors, engineers and hourly bargaining unit employees
Responsible for all safety, quality, cost management, and budgeting activities for department
Provide technical and professional guidance to maintenance in planning and execution of project assignments for wastewater and air treatment facilities
Writes and reviews procedures, conducts safety audits, meetings and observations
Coordinates and supervises the work of on-site vendors and contractors
Writes and coordinates physical completion of root cause failure analysis of equipment failures
Process control and process improvements
Management of salary supervisors, engineers and hourly bargaining unit employees
Requirements:
Requirements:
5+ years experience in maintenance and/or equipment engineering
5+ years supervisory experience
Ability to coordinate and execute a multitude of projects with minimal supervision within the allotted time and budget
Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and time management skills
