Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Accountant. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of Big Four, public accounting experience, along with experience with external financial reporting (SEC).Main Duties:* Preparation of internal and external financial statements * Monthly closing process, financial statement analysis, and budget variances. * Review general ledger accounts and make appropriate journal entries as necessary during the monthly closing process * Responsible for the budget and analysis of various accounts including reconciliations and reporting * Research accounting issues as required * Assist in the documentation of Sarbanes-Oxley internal control processes and testing of those controlsQualifications:* BS: Accounting * 3-4 years experience * Experience working in public accounting
