Job Description The incumbent in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for portfolio of business services in the Home Healthcare segment to achieve financial targets.
Outcomes: The successful candidate will: . Work extensively in the field with customers and field sales people in the US and Canada. . Coordinate with upstream Product Managers and corporate marketing group to prepare for new launches. . Conduct Sales training with effective / creative implementation . Lead advertising and PR agency activities in coordination with corporate marketing group. . Execute Pricing & promotion plans to achieve revenue and profit targets. . Communicate with upstream Product Managers to identify market opportunities. . Establish procedures to ensure appropriate prioritization and efficient workflow of downstream marketing initiatives. . Provide forecasting for budgeting, manufacturing, and sales purposes. . Effectively represent the entire Sleep product and service portfolio with the sales organization and assist in creating customer deals. . Stay current on new clinical trends related to Sleep Disordered Breathing . Develop value added programs / tools for customers, sales associates and medical professionals. . Participate in and lead marketing insight generation practices including focus groups, surveys, customer forums. . Collaborate with upstream marketing to conduct market validation and provide input to new service offerings and enhancements. . Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and develop strong relationships with the sales organization . Maintain constant contact with sales management and sales associates to understand needs in the selling process

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: BS in Business/Marketing or related field required. Masters degree in Marketing or related field, strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of service marketing management experience required, preferably in medical field, but other service marketing experience will be considered. Successful sales experience required. Demonstrated success in downstream marketing activities with very strong market insight and foresight abilities. Demonstrated ability and desire to travel extensively as means of developing and maintaining market insight. Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position functions in a normal office environment that requires the ability to interface with standard office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, fax, telephones, etc. Position will spend periods of time sitting, standing, walking, etc., as part of the normal conduct of daily business affairs. Some lifting of equipment may be required. Approximately 35 % travel required.
