Sr Business Analyst
Title: Sr Business Analyst Location: PA-Pittsburgh Under minimal guidance and direction from management, analyzes business requests or functions to define "functional specifications /business requirements" for automating and / or improving business processes. Accurately and concisely documents those processes into functional components. Uses collected data to develop and execute user acceptance test plans/test cases to validate all user functionality of applications. As assigned, works on projects and processes that frequently have a broad scope and high complexity. Assists management with managing a project plan, budget and staff resources. Possess project management skills. Assists in the smooth implementation of projects by developing and providing training and user documentation. Functions as the main / primary liaison between a business unit/external customer and the solutioning/programming areas. May be responsible for guiding the work of less experienced Business Analysts. A Senior Business Analyst typically possess a Bachelors Degree with proven strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressively more responsible business analysis experience is desired.
