Position Information: Preferred Skills/Knowledge Include
PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM/HRMS application software designer and developer with intermediate level experience. The analyst must be able to * Leverage PeopleSoft integration technologies (application engine, component interface) * Understand PeopleSoft security, and PeopleTools reporting technologies * Analyze existing programming or formulate logic for new options * Perform coding and test/debug programming and enhancements * Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation
General Summary
The analyst is responsible for design, development, rollout, and support for PeopleSoft applications/modules. They will provide high quality and timely production support of the PeopleSoft 8.8 applications as well as participate in a 9.1 application upgrade for mission critical systems. The analyst will work with functional areas to perform analysis and design of business and process solutions. The analyst will translate the design into automated solutions in the PeopleSoft system. They will be expected to troubleshoot business problems and high level systems issues on a daily basis working with functional and technical resources. Functional Knowledge of the process flow for PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM and an understanding of the PeopleSoft 9.0 database are preferred.

Pittsburgh, Pa Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Typically has more than 5 years work experience in an Information Technology/Engineering environment.
