Technologist I Category: Clinical Services/Diagnostics Facility: Clark Building Department: CTS Admin Schedule: Full Time Shift: Night (3rd shift) Job Details: AS or BS degree w/ MLT(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) cert req. Performs all aspects of routine clinical laboratory testing, basic serological problem resolution in the area of immunohematology, and provides for the manufacturing and distribution of appropriate products for transfusion. AS or BS degree with MLT (ASCP) or MT (ASCP) certification required. SBB (ASCP) preferred. Previous blood bank/transfusion service experience preferred. Basic understanding of the principles of immunohematology is required. Strong analytical skills, customer service, problem solving, and computer skills are required.
