We are engaged in recruitment for a Treasury Manager for our Pittsburgh headquarters. In this role, the Treasury Manager will have primary responsibilities for corporate treasury processes, controls and analysis. This includes cash management, financing activities, internal controls, risk management and loss prevention and some financial modeling as it relates to financing activities.
As Treasury Manager, you will also provide support to initiatives and influence decision-making in alignment with corporate strategies.
Contribute to and implement organization's overall financial plans and policies.
Direct treasury, budgeting, review, tax and accounting department activities for the corporation.
Manage financial reporting system with controls and standards to safeguard company assets and propose improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Develop information from statistical data.
Closely manage cash flows: collections, payments, funding processes and controls
Enforce policies and procedures relating to corporate treasury processes
Debt & Compliance Management
Act as liaison between the treasury function and a variety of internal/external partners, including commercial banking representatives, internal staff, and key subsidiary personnel

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of corporate finance experience, in particular holding recent Treasurer roles in anEngineeringoraManufacturing environment
Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA a plus
Strong understanding of Treasury operations, policies and practices
Demonstrate effective problem solving, analytical, and decision making capabilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong process and experience in systems implementations
Strong PC skills with a working knowledge Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional skills in Excel and Power Point
Demonstrate success in collaborating with others, internally and externally
